Parnell sits between the Domain and the city: heritage homes, apartment buildings, and boutique offices above retail. Optimus runs residential programmes, after-hours office cleans and body corporate common-area work through Parnell Rise, St Georges Bay and the streets around the rose gardens.
Commercial clients here often want a discreet after-hours team and a single invoice for extras — carpets, interior glass, washroom supplies. Homes want careful timber and joinery, not a harsh chemical fog.
Local notes
- Apartment buildings: we onboard with the building manager, fobs and a lobby checklist.
- Heritage interiors: we note floor type on the walk-through before we machine anything.
