Auckland property managers do not pass a bond on a hopeful wipe. They look at the oven, the window tracks, the bathroom grout, the fridge seals and the carpet edges. Optimus cleans empty rentals and owner-occupied move-outs to that standard, with a written list you can send to the manager.
Tenants, landlords and property managers all book us. If you manage a portfolio, we will work to your agency’s checklist and invoice the way you need.
What a bond-ready clean actually includes
Kitchen: oven (inside), hob, rangehood filters where they come out, cupboards inside and out, sink, splashback, floor. Bathrooms: toilet, shower glass, grout, vanity, extractor. Whole house: floors, skirting, switches, internal windows and tracks, cobwebs, laundry tub. Extras we will quote, not hide: carpet extraction, exterior glass, garage, lawn, or biohazard.
Book with the inspection date in mind. A same-day inspection after a wet carpet clean is a bad idea in Auckland humidity. We will tell you if the timing is tight.

Questions about this service
Will this get my bond back?
We clean to a typical Auckland property-manager checklist. The guarantee covers our workmanship — if the inspection flags something we cleaned, we return. Wear and tear and unreported damage are not a cleaning issue.
Should carpets be done the same day?
Often yes, so you only empty the house once. We can sequence the bond clean and carpet extraction so drying times still work.
