What we keep
Website quote enquiries are processed using Netlify Forms. When you choose WhatsApp, you leave this website and your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Neither option needs you to share alarm codes, access credentials or sensitive site information. We arrange security instructions directly during onboarding.
Quote correspondence, job notes (access, alarms, checklists) and invoices are kept as long as we need them to deliver the work, meet accounting rules, and handle a genuine complaint. Site access codes are treated as confidential and shared only with the crew assigned to that property.
Your rights
