Will you damage weatherboard or a timber deck?
We match pressure to the surface. Soft wash and lower pressure for timber and paint; higher pressure for concrete. If a board is already failing we will say so before we start.
Do I need to be home for water?
We need tap access and a place to park. You do not need to stay on site if access is arranged.
